Welcome to the beginning of an incredible movement here in Massachusetts. 

This form is intended to formalize the member organizations of our coalition. Our mission is to create healthier organizations by developing employee skills and strengthening the social fabric of the workforce. We believe safety, respect, and inclusion are core competencies and essential to a healthy workplace culture.

RiseWork is committed to cultivating resilient places to work and as our first order of business, we are actively working to pass two bills in the Massachusetts State Legislature:

House Bill 2190 & Senate Bill 1295 - An Act Relative to Sexual Harassment Workforce Training

• Sponsored by Rep. Christopher Worrell & Senator Brendan Crighton, these bills mandate one-hour sexual harassment training for employees in all organizations doing business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Furthermore, the bills require that organizations offer either in-person or online training, with the ability to ask anonymous questions, receive timely answers and information on how to report harassment.

As a member of the coalition, we are only asking that you add your organization's name to our list of those endorsing this legislation, and that you (or another member of your organization) be willing to provide testimony or other direct advocacy with the State Legislature to help pass these critical bills.
